Our cozy apartment features 3 inviting bedrooms, offering ample space for up to 6 guests on full sized beds. The home is designed for comfort, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring our beautiful state. Prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with pots, pans, knives, coffee makers, strainer, mixing bowls, and more. We have a large television, books to read, and nearby river access.
Good to know
Our property starts in our entry and hallway. To the right is our sunlit kitchen complete with a breakfast or reading nook. On the left is our laundry room with some extra storage space. At the end of the hallway is our cozy living room and dining room, featuring a large television and tasteful Alaskan art. Located upstairs are the bedrooms. Each bedroom has a full-sized bed, USB electric plugs, and ample storage for our guests.

Neighborhood
This West Fairbanks neighborhood is safe and family oriented. Down the various connecting roads, our guests will find an elementary school, a church, parks, and a river boat launch.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the whole space except one cleaning closet located in the upstairs hallway. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, and the quaint downstairs living spaces are all for our guests to enjoy.
WHERE YOU'LL STAY
Find us
For guests looking to use Fairbanks' bus system, the Yellow Line has a bus stop within walking distance to our location. Using the Yellow Line, guests can reach the airport, Fred Meyer, and The University of Alaska, Fairbanks. Taxis are available at the airport and they will pick up guests from all over town, including our location. Uber and Lyft are available. Car rental agencies are available. Down the road is a river boat launch, and those interested in launching boats or other recreational vehicles have that opportunity. Biking is more advisable than walking, as we are on the outskirts of town. Bike rentals are available down the road.
